Diversified Consultants Dish Network/Diversified Consultants Dish charging me for cancelling service when they raised the rates. the they send in diversified consultants to get the money. Won't listen to anything I have to say. Charlotte North Caroline

I was given a 2 year agree to price that won't go up. I t was $55.63 but the 3rd month it went up. I tried to get it back to org. amount but no one whould listen.

I considered this a breach of contract and told them to cancel my service. After 3 months of charges of differant amounts. They charged me a cancellation fee. After many calls no one whould resolve this.

I told them not to charge my credit card and for 3 months they did'nt and then they charged my card $400.00. The credit card people said since I gave them the number before they would not take off my  account.

They are trying to bill me even more money.  No one will listen to my side. I have decided not to pay the credit card company or dish network.
