Diversified Consultants refused to set up payment multiple times despite my card number being a valid card jacksonville Florida

I had an outstanding bill with Verizon and have been attempting to set up payment with this company using my credit card connected to my bank. They are refusing to set up weekly payments using my card. Why? Because they say the code on the back is invalid. This is not true as I use my card daily, whether it be online or the gas station. I even used it on their website once to see if it was something with their system. Guess what? The payment went through. After talking with multiple people at this collection agency and trying to set up payment, they still refuse to do so and say it's a fake card and they need my bank information. I have even talked with my bank and they can't believe this company is saying that. This company wants me to get a prepaid card and use that for payment. I asked them what happens if I get the same 3 digit code I have now and you don't accept that? He said he wouldn't be able to accept that card either.

This is affecting my credit as I'm trying to get a loan and I am unable to pay this off with this collection agency. I shouldn't have to give them my bank account information- they should be able to use my bank card (that I use daily) without issue.
