After seeing the commerical on TV, I ordered product believeing advertisement...was immediately given over to "live chat" and customer service agent that attempted to "sell up" offering several add'l items....each time I declined......after the 5th offer, I told the agent I was sorry I ordered the product and to please xx my request.....the item was shipped and I was charged $52.90 on my cc immediately....

when I called for a return authorization code, I was advisted that the $39.95 base price was the only thing that would be credited, not the S&H, though it is clearly advised several times on the website info AND I have it in writing on the printed order form. Since I charged it, I have the option of disputing it and I have.....I am going to send a letter to the FCC also, advising that they need to investigate this company for illegal practices.."for warned is for armed"

M&M pest And wildlife Not at all up to the job. We started with a small spider issue they said would take a few days to resolve, that lead to LIKELY THEM bringing in roaches to increase their rates and added serves...... kids showing up i think were HIGH and or DRUNK acting like they sprayed around outside to not showing up for services at all. I then call/text/email for help and get noting but a random text a few days later that WERE ON OUR WAY... for what I ask,... they cant kill bugs, they cant run their business office they cant do anything but collect your money... thieves, cons and likely worse!!! contract theft, fraud and illution of contractual services. texas

Anonymous Mr who Slumlord. No heat windows stuck open. 6 apartment no heat. 1 hot water heater running on extension cord. 6 space heaters fore excape supported by a brick rusted out. Leaks in 3 places apartments. Rouches bc 302 wont allow bug guy in. They are the reason. Frank does nothing. No keys to front foor. We have code enforcement out almost 1 year now frank does nothing he saod he dont care. Code tells him who reports him. Code is helping landlord. His Ads are all Clickbaity promising to reveal a secret and relying on unproven medical theories used by other conspirators, like Leaky gut syndrome. Do yourself a favor, save an hour of hard sales, and skip the gundry product. Yes, he is a real doctor, but I think he got caught up in the money for the supplements industry. Courtney Grate Langdale Hyundai I'm writing on behalf of my relative, Ms. Anita Cole. My name is Irma McNeal. She took her car in for a recall on May 31st and have not received it back yet. She's had to walk to and from work (3.6 miles) in 97 degree weather. This adds to her medical condition of migraine headaches. On rainy days, she has to seek transportation. Not to mention other places she has to travel (grocery store, etc.). Ms. Cole is a Mother of four and a Grand-Mother of two. I think this is not a professional manner in which to treat a Customer. I also firmly believe this is wrong in every way it's looked at.. Barcelona appliances Barcelona home appliances (they have many). I purchased and paid for a refrigerator in February, 2022. I received the fridge, but shortly afterwards the ice maker wasnt working properly and it was leaking. After many calls, texts, a lot of aggrevation, they agreed to replace the fridge. They promised i would send me the exact same model fridge, but delivered a different fridge. After a short time this ice maker was making ice and wouldn't stop (so i had to turn the ice maker off all the time). Again after many complaints they sent a technician, he couldn't figure out the issue, he said he needed to speak to someone higher up. Later i was told something in the mother board was broken; they were going to change the fridge. I told them I wanted the fridge and they should repair it, but they wouldnt. I asked for a refund but they refused. I waited a long time, but finally got another fridge. I asked them to please check the fridge 100% before sending it, they told me they tested it in the warehouse. I recieved the fridge, the first day everything was great, but two days later, this ice maker doesnt make ice. Once again i call them, now they are ignoring me, wont answer my text (for months). I finally spoke to someone, they sent a technician, he said the part was broken and had to be replaced. He came back with the wrong part. So he took the ice maker with him (that was in March), i have no ice maker or water dispenser. I finally spoke to someone who i think was the owner, he accused me of breaking my fridges. Now im still waiting for the ice maker. They sent me an email saying that it wasnt in stock, but by the 15th of May they didnt receive it they would figure out what else to do. I wrote them on the 18th, 24, 31st, no answer. Today i called the same person, they told me to buy my own part and they will reimburse me, i asked him why i would trust him. Again he accused me of breaking my fridges, he also said the warranty was expired, so i told him it was under warranty when it broke. Help North York Onario

Craftmatic adjustable beds So check this baloney out, worst company I’ve dealt with in my entire life and I’m old. We thought about buying a Craftmatic bed, we talked to a guy on phone on March 27th, he told us the deal we was looking at ended at 9pm that night and if we wanted more time to think about it just put a deposit down and we won’t charge you unless you buy the bed. We put $1,000.00 down over the phone. The very next day about 9am less then 12 hours later I emailed them to cancel we do not want the bed. So I kept asking why is our money not returned about once a week, keep getting same old story sir you need to be patient, first it goes through claims department and then it gets transferred to refund department and then they process the orders in which they are received. We’ll wife just called Craftmatic again today and finds out they are understaffed and no one working in those departments, she asked what the hell you just keep peoples money because your under staffed she replied yes sometimes . Lmao what a joke company, I thought they was a legitimate company so that’s why we considered buying a bed off them in the first place. So here we are 2 months later they still have my $1k I have no bed….there’s not even a order number because we never ordered the frigging bed lol!!! We had to call are bank and open a dispute because the bank already paid them so now we have to wait up to 90 days to straighten out Craftmatic’s crap they do to people. I’d also like to add, we made several phone calls to them they say they are understaffed and to leave a message, we probably left 10 messages and only ONE. Called back. The way to actually talk to someone is to say your looking to buy, presto a person comes on the line to take your money and hold it hostage. Buyers Beware go to sleep number like I did. They ripped us off $1,000.00

Truckers Motion LLC /Ryan Hyer will work you without pay. Ryan only paid 2 of my settlements, and still owes me 3 checks and refuse to pay me, and refuse to give me an explanation why he's not paying me. I drove my truck for 3 wks with no pay, and then finally got a check, I was so far in the whole by the 4th week of working for Ryan Hyer hauling sandboxes, I had to borrow to pay bills, and wasn't making the money that Ryan Hyer said I will make. He got paid for loads I ran and didn't pay me, he always had a excuse for my check not being deposited, So I quit the 6th wk.(3/20/23) dropped off rented chassis back to the company I rented from. He had the audacity to get mad cause I quit, and that was the beginning of Truckers Motion LLC/Ryan Hyer refusing to pay me anything else, over $6000.00 I will not receive, that he decided to keep.His whole website is a LIE, have not been in business for 40yrs, thats a LIE. You will have to pay a lot of money out of your own pocket to make a little money, and than he decides to keep your money. I advise everyone to do research on Truckers Motion LLC/ Ryan Hyer he will rip you off with a smile on his face.Everything that is posted on website about Truckers Motion is a scam, you will lose everything working for this man and his company Truckers Motion.
