doordash.com has been without permission reselling without contract several southern california restaurant owners food and beverage at heavily inflated prices.  This is being done after the companies expressed no interest in working with reps from doordash.com.

serveral restaurant operators have taken compaints to the city attorney in Los Angeles in hopes to sue doordash.com for damages and lost revenues as well as misrepresentation.  

Consumers are warned to be careful about the integrety of 3rd party drivers or delivery personel as they arenot pre screened and or educated in food handling, saftey, food allergies, liability, etc.  Drivers are also handling food without a required California Food Handlers card.
