Beware of Blended leather vs Leather Opa-Locka, Florida

We purchased a leather recliner set for $3500 from Room to go in 2011. One of section of the recliner set started cracked and peeling so we contacted RTG customer service department as well as sent a photography with NO acknowledgement nor return call as promised from RTG of my complaint. After a couple weeks I called and was advised to go the store for replacement. Upon arrival to RTG, we were advised that is furniture was discontinued. However, we can purchase a new recliner set. I highly suggest that customers check the small print on the display on furniture because blended leather is being sold for 100% Leather. Our plan was to purchase high quality durable leather furniture that would least for years.
