Please keep in mind that DOTTIE BRANSFIELD is the same CSR, that had MEDINA TOWING COMPANY IMPERSONATE my employer worker to obtain my vechicle back in August 2009*******************************************************I received 2 calls around 11a or so, the first call was from Sue Clancy who left a message to call her back when I can, then 10mins later another call from Dottie Bransfield advising me to call immediately. Seconds later I called Dottie back and she told me that my account is 556.00 and ask when will I make this payment I simply reminded her that I get paid every other Friday so I will send payment in full on 12/11/2009, at that point Dottie became extremely angry with me and said I sound real educated (weird) and told me that I cant make a payment tomorrow I need to make it today, and If I dont make the payment today I will get my vechicle taken away,

I assured Dottie with a calm voice that I will send the payment tomorrow, Dottie started yelling at me, being very rude and told me she will have someone to get my vechicle and she hung up on me, I called back Source One and got Dottie again, I requested a supervisor above her, and she hung up on me ag ain, so this time I had the call recorded, I called Dottie 3 times and all 3 times she was rude and hung up on me, she was cutting me off from talking and told me she didnt care who I wanted to speak with, and hung up again,

I called the main number and ironically got Dottie again, this time I was extra soft and nice with her and ask for a supervisor again, she then transfered me to Michael Kane, without telling me to hold for the transfer, I''ve had major issues with Dottie Bransfield in the past when she had the towing company to impersonate an Aetna worker in order to take my vechicle, I have been through so much hard ache with Dottie Bransfield and Source One Finanical that it has taken an emotional toll on me and they are criminals that are treating people like dogs, and are very rude, because they sit on the phone all day they feel that they can talk to anyone any kind of way and its wrong. She has repeately disrespected me and attack my ethic and educational backgroun d!!
