Source One Financial Their customer service and payment policies leave alot to be desired Norwell Massachusetts

I purchased a vehicle from Lewiston Car Care and was financed thru Source One. I had the vehicle for 3 days and was told that the truck had a blown head gasket. This was repaired after waiting a month for the truck to be fixed. In the mean time I made my payments to Source One via auto pay from bank account. Right after I bought the vehicle I was told by Source One that my loan had been canceled due to wrong phone numbers of references.

I went to the dealership and reviewed my application and all the phone numbers were correct. I called all the references and was told that the bank never contacted any of them. In January my bank account was overdrawn so I called Source One and asked them to stop the auto-pay and I would mail a money order to them. I was told by account rep Jackie that this had been done. After that date I continued to receive notices from my bank that Source One was till debiting my account.

In February, my truck again started to act up and I took it back to the dealership and was told that I needed a new engine. At this point I was so fed up with this truck that I cleaned out all my possessions and called Source One and told them to go get the triuck. On February 20th, I received a notice of reposession letter from Source One dated January 30th. This letter stated that I had 14 days from the date of the letter to make a payment and get my vehicle back. How can they mail the letter out after that 15th day and tell me that I can reclaim my vehicle??? Also the letter that I received when I notified the bank stated that I authorized Source One to take the balance out of my bank account!!

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS FINANCE COMPANY AS THEY ARE A RIPOFF. If you need a car and have bad credit, go to a buy here pay here lot as they are easier to deal with.
