Bought a vip package on the 16th january 2015 my friends who are also vips are allowed to share cookies and wins with friends every 6hrs but i am only allowed every 12hrs

i am a gold cup ranking i contact their help desk to but no avail nobody bothers to look or answer my countless question

so I am really at a loss as to what to do next .would like to get a refund for my vip stauts .so really need your help to do something i used paypal to pay .i live in austrlia
