Mr. Hernberg is a Rip-off artist of the highest degree. He is intelligent, skilled at manipulating contractors and clients to perform services for him and then disputes the work completed. He always seems to get away with it by not allowing the job cost at the time of dispute to exceed what it will cost to sue him.
Mr. Hernberg is a dishonest man and has a trail of FRAUD, MISHANDLING CLIENTS MONEY IN REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS and has a trail of victims from Florida, New Jersey to Arnegard, ND where he resides. He currently is living 2.1 miles north of Arnegard, North Dakota and EVERYONE in the area knows of him and stays clear of his continuing dishonest and despicable behavior. In speaking with several of his victims, they say his life has been threatened and that is the reason he is hiding in Arnegard Township North Dakota. We are preparing 1000 notices to distribute through McKenzie County as a public service to the honest citizens and businesses and County officials.
He ripped me off by having me perform work and when invoiced, disputed the work and I was never paid a dime. His public record is as follows:
