This corrupt lending firm has many phony front companies that it utilizes to facilitate it's fraudulent business practices. Matrix Financial, Harbor Financial, New America Financial, OCWEN are a few of their phony companies. This company is managed by an incompetent woman named Billie Salinas, and she does have a bunch of idiots at her side. Everyone is trained to shift calls to one another, and no one has a clue to what is going on. I tried to deal with Norma Applewhite, Kathleen Reynolds,Brett Pemoller, and even the firms President William Mynatt. No one knew what day it was. There maybe a lot of screwing going on in this firm, but it is the customers that are being screwed!!
