Dovenmuehle Mortgage Unprofessional and deceptive practices Lake Zurich, Illinois

I got a mortgage loan through Delmar Financial Company in Saint Louis Missouri in 1998.  Delmar Financial sold the loan to Dovenmuehle.  I have always had problems with Dovenmuehle.  I lost my job in February 2009.  I immediately applied for a loan modification with Dovenmuehle.  I made all the mortgage payments till July.  I figured by July I would have heard from Dovenmuehle and received a loan modification agreement by then.  They received all the paperwork on March 23, 2009.  I confirmed this through the loan modification department.  I never received any correspondence til August 2009.  I would call and they  would tell me that they hve so many loan modification request.  The loan mitigation specialist are usually rude and unfriendly.  I would call at least once per week and would be told the same thing.  In July, I was finally told who my lost mitigation specialist was Camille Richardson.  She is the rudest person I have ever spoken to.  She was very unprofessional each time I spoke with her. 

 Most of the time I would leave a message and she would never call me back. When I did speak with her usually after telling her if I did not get a response I would speak with her supervisor Brandon.  All she would tell me is that she is working on it.  I receive unemployment benefits of $1300.00.  I have 3 children and I am a single mother.  Without discussing anything with me, I received correpondence from her  on August 13, 2009, a loan modification agreement that I would pay $560.00 per month for 6 starting September 1st, and if I did not pay by cashier's check that I would be default.  I called her stating I was unable to pay $560.00 per month because my only source of income is $1300.00 per month in unemployment.  She stated that is the best she could do and I could take it or leave it.  I informed her I am unable to pay it, and she said well we will  forclose on your home because  I have been unable to make payments since July 2008. 

I am currently in forclosure.   I have left several messages for her supervisor Brandon and he has never returned any of my calls.  I called Delmar Financial.  I was informed by one of the loan specialist they could not assist me I had to work it out with Dovenmuehle.  I asked the loan officer at Delmar Financial how could they work with such a company like Dovenmuehle who has such unfair and deceptive loan practices.  I will never get another loan with Delmar Financial because of their involvement with Dovenmuehle.  How can the government and other officials allow Dovenmuehle to get away with such practices.  No one cares or is doing anything about it. No one cares that innocent people are being foreclosed on without helping us.  WILL SOMEONE PLEASE STOP DOVENMUEHLE!
