Dpi Energy This Company is a Very Big Rip off Company Dallas Texas

This is a warning to all consumers, DO NOT USE dpi Energy!!!!! I repeat Do Not Use dpi Energy. They will rob you blind.
I joined with dpi Energy on Nov. 13, 2008 and I paid a $199.00 connection fee. Two weeks later I received my first bill from dpi in the amount $807.51 They claimed that in just two weeks I had used 4,629 kWh, plus they charged me a disconnect fee of $15.00 and a reconnect fee of $15.00. I was also charged a late fee of $23.21 and they charged me for what they called a Disconnect nonpay-meter-regular hours $8.00 and Reconnect nonpay at meter-Reg hours $10.00. Then one month later I received my second bill from dpi and that bill was in the amount of $928.06 which means for 1 month and 2 weeks usage I was being charged $1776.07. I signed up with another electrical company and was switched to them 4 days later. I reveived my final bill from dpi Energy and that bills was for $1822.47. To help you to understand the amount they were ripping me off for my final bill from the electric company I switch from to connect to dpi Energy was for 1 months service and they showed that my electrical usage was 2,472 and according to dpi my electrical usage doubled once I connected to them.
As it stands right now after having already paying $953.84 plus the $199.00 ( $1152.84) I still owe dpi Energy $1,822.47 for just 3 months and 2 weeks of service from them. That comes to a GRAND TOTAL of $2,975.31 were asw if I had stayed with my other electrical company I would have only paid $1185.00 which is a difference of $1,790.00.
I also found out that dpi Energy does not go by your electrical meter they estimate all your bills. So you are never charged for what you really use. You are charged what they say you used.
