Dr. Move Threatened to put my furniture on the streets if I didn't pay cash Irving Texas

I am still in shock! I purchased a two hour move with Dr. Move  on March 10 with Groupon For $99. I then scheduled for Dr. Move  to move my furniture for the 15th, at 1:00 pm. By 1 PM it was cloudy outside and the guys did not arrive to my property till 3:30 and it was pouring down raining outside. I called Dr. Move  a total of four times between 1 o'clock and 3:30 and no answer. So finally two older Hispanic men showed up, but then it was pouring down raining outside and the guy didn't even apologize for being late.

The first thing the mover did was pulled out the paperwork and ask me for $198 in cash. When I informed him I had paid for 2 hours of service through Groupon he started speaking Spanish to the other guy and told me I needed to pay $45 cash for gas fees, and pay $198 for an additional 1 hour because I had a lot of furniture. After walking through my tiny 2 bedroom apartment he then told me I would need to pay for 4 hours worth of service. He wanted me to prepay $398 for 2 additional hours. Once I refued he called Eric his manager and I asked to talk to him. I expreseed my frustrations and Eric sounded like he could care less! He told me it was nothing he could do about it! 

I then asked the movers to load my furniture he took down to the moving truck back into my unit. He started speaking Spanish and told me " I will sit your stuff on the sidewalk and you can move it yourself!" I called the police and informed them of the matter and long story short they moved my furniture back into my unit before the police came! 

I ended up renting a Uhal and enconvincing family to help me move during a thunderstorm. 

Please do not use this company they came 2 1/2 hours late, curse me out, threatened me and tried to make cash transactions after I already paid!!!! I reside in Dallas, Tx and this company should be ran out of town.
