I guess you could try turning the info there over to the DA investigator to serve him for bacj child support

And there is nothing to stop you from getting a facebook page under another name with another photo and not using your real info for your profile  and monitoring his facebook page.g/

Are you related to a Leland Winkelman from Chicago  from who was born in 1980?

If you have a private investigator, they should have the complete databases online to find him.

I became intrigues with him because I HATE PEOPLE WHO IMPERSONATE PEOPLE WHO HAVE PhDs and I am an amateur psychological profiler with specialization in the psychopathic personality, the kind who commits serial murders. 

I am also in the same generation as Walter or Dr. W as he likes to be called now.

I can't believe that the DA who has all of these great federal and state databases can not find WALTER E. WiNKELMAN, JR. He should be able to access the Social Security Administration database and find out where he is working now.

I am in the same generation as Walter and I can read him like a book.

If his website for Human Thriving Foundation aka Happiness 360 is still good, there is a phone number listed there that goes to another state besides Chicago.  The DA can request that a Judge force disclosure from the company that hosts that website to tell who is paying the bills for it and their current phone number and address.

The DA can also request that the Colorado state police run down that number listed as belonging to his non-profit Foundation.

What kind of DAs do you have in Illinois?

(If you go to the Rip Off Report search engine  at the righthand top of the page and type in Winkelman, you should be able to read under each entry about Walt, Dr. W, Waloter E. Winkleman etc. what I have learned about him and I am not serious.

He was part of that free love, drugs and no inhibitions radical student bunch. I imagine he also read the Kama Sutra and knew quite a few tircks to bedazzle any woman because she would be too busy to ask questions...One child I can understand but TWO?

I remember those days myself and since you are a year younger than Walter, if you are his first wife, you do too.
