Buy-One-Get-One Free that was offered (94357) was switched to another offer (94254/94253). The products for xxx254 and xxx253 were not the same as offer xxx357.

Also, xxx254 was received defective. I am unhappy with the bait & switch substitution that was done by the company.

Cost to return substitution(s) will be more expensive than offer #94357's price.
