I received a product from this company that I did not order. They want me to pay postage for return of something I did not order. I cannot believe that they are capable of doing this and getting away with it. I am going to contact the Attorney Generals office in Minnesota to get this deceit done away with. I have 20 calls into their companies phone and have yet to talk with someone regarding this injustice. I sent a e mail to their company also, no response. Not only that but the product is a security credit card case and it is defective.

I FINALLY MADE CONTACT WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEY AGREED TO REFUND MY MONEY, THEY ALSO GAVE ME THE PRODUCT THAT WAS SENT TO ME FREE OF CHARGE. THEY WERE POLITE ON THE PHONE AND HANDELED MY COMPLAINT WITH COMPLETE SATIFACTION. I STILL AM CONFUSED ON HAOW THEY GOT MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER, MAYBE FROM A ORDER MADE YEARS EARLIER. WE WILL UPDATE AFTER I GET MY REFUND.
