Dream Products Should be Called Nightmare Company Van Nuys California

If anyone reads this before you decide to order from these scam artists, please read everyones complaints. I ordered a few items on Dec 16th. One item of the list was a Christmas gift so I payed about $6.00 for what this crock of a company calls 'Expedited' shipping. Their reply email once ordered specifically states 'Delievered in 5-7 days. On Dedc 23rd, Saturday, no box received and zero email sent to advise of when the box was shipped or tracking. The Receipt email also stated an email would be sent with tracking information. I received their comical response yesterday the 27th. Short and sweet, Order shipped the 21st with FedEx track information. Really? The 21st? That is 5 days to ship? I don't think these loons know how to count let alone reply. These people care zero about the consumer but they sure took my money fast enough.

I am writing an email to the so called potentate of this bozo of a company to attempt my $6.00 back if not anything else, of which I also demanded in my 23rd email. They didn't respond to anything else in my email except Shipping date and track info. I think they paid people to submit good information to the BBB so they could get a B+ rating though I feel B+ still sucks. I should have done more research on this laughable so called company before I paid a single penny. I hope they get shut down fast. If they don't reverse the 'expedited' funds I will check to see if I can locate a class action atty firm. I think people have had it with companies like this and something seriously needs to be done about it. Unamerian at it's best and should be shut down and the head honchos put up on a firing squad. Just Saying.
