Dream products ....still waiting for product or a call from customer service. Van nuys California

ordered blocks a month ago for my daughters birthday. Sight says 14 day shipping, called customer service abt 12 times hung up on after a min of being on hold. Called the place an order number lady told me that  my order will be processed in 5-7 days. this after a month of waiting told lady that she says all she can do is forward my complaint to customer service. I asked if they really have a customer service dept. I truly do not believe they do. Do not order anything from this company. You don't get the product and it is almost impossible to get your money back. Thank you dream products your blocks made my kids birthday great.
