DressLily order never received, refund request refused, fraudulent scam website California

I made a purchase on this website, it advertised on facebook, and I bought a pair of shoes in November of last year. After a couple weeks, I noticed I received no emails or tracking information, and emailed www.dresslily.com customer support, asking for a tracking number. They gave me a number and website that did not work, and only after multiple attempts they gave me tracking information that has been the same for the past month and a half. I have been emailing almost every day asking for a refund of my purchase, and have been denied one for no reason. The customer service appears to be automated responses, and they do not even answer to my questions or requests, they just say "sorry, please wait another 60+ days." I read online reviews, and realized this company is a fraudulent internet scam that should be shut down as soon as possible, because they have stolen so much money from naïve people like me. The damage they caused is massive. Please shut this website down.
