I bought a car from drive time back in jan2014 and payments are to much for me right now and ive found someone that can take them over and they wont let that happen they tell me i have to stay on loan when girl can afford car with out a co signer

Did you even bother to read what you signed?  Contracts typically state this cannot be done so if you read it, you wouldn't be coming here to complain!  They made the deal with you, not somebody else. The solution would be for that other person get a loan and pay off the car and then you given them the car.  However, I highly suspect that "other person" probably has less than stellar credit.
