I bought a vehicle, the clutch and brakes failed after 40 days. They would not fix or pay for repair since the repair was considered wear and tear. But mechanic clearly explained that the repair was clearly not my fault and was failing prior to my purchase. Had to fight with them for weeks and they only paid for part of repair and would not take fault for the problems. Very disappointed how much I had to pay out of pocket for a car with a warranty and would not be repaired.
