Drive Time REFUSES TO GIVE ME MY TITLE/MADE FINAL PAYMENTS Orlando Florida

I have been waiting on the title to my car. I have received a bill from a collection agency which states that I still owe Drivetime $815.00 on the deferment. I became ill and had to defer payments. I was suppose to finish payment on this auto back in September 2007. The deferment lasted until March 2008. I have proof from my bank statements that I paid all required of me and then some. But Drivetime refuses to release my title so that I can now try to trade this automobile in. I do not owe this company one cent and have never been put in this predicament before.
