DRIVETIME Aka Ugly Duckling ripoff Check Fraud Riverside California

DRIVETIME aka Ugly Duckling Made A fraudulent electronic debit to my Checking Account, Claiming that it was Pre-Authorized. Thank goodness I check my Banking account on a regular basis via the internet, I might have not known. I paid some of my payment with Checks (they must make copies of our checks whenever we make a payment by check) It all started from the car they sold me with a bad Transmission, after the car broke down and repeated request for them to fix (to no avail) I finally left the car at a garage never to return to pick it up. The garage placed liens on it and aquired the vehicle from unpaid car repair liens. Be VERY careful if you ever make a payment by check, Ugly Duckling Will Steal Your MONEY, illegally.

They Made up a check similar to my own (I have A on-line copy of it) but they made a mistake, their check number was atleast three checks books ahead of mine. DriveTime/ Ugly Duckling are Commiting Crimes all Over the State Of california and getting away with IT!
