BEWARE! DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY TRIPLE THE PRICE ON USED VEHICLES. We purchased a car from them and my husband lost his job. The car was repossessed and they still want you to pay them for something that you don't have. They immediately put it in your credit report before having it repossessed and before speaking to you about the situation. They lied and said that the vehicle had never been wrecked. My husband had the car checked it out and it would be coated $4000 to get it repaired. They also roll back the mileage on their vehicles to make it look like the car has fewer miles. I would not recommend is company to anyone.

Guess What...

AUTHOR: Robert - (USA)

While you wouldn't recommend them...they wouldn't recommend you either.

That is what happens when you FAIL to meet your legal obligations and have your car reposessed.  But in typical deadbeat fashion, you of course think that they are the ones in the wrong.

After all you have a "special" case and fell onto tough times and should be allowed to just pay whenever you feel like it...right?   Well this may be a shock to you but everyone has a "tough" time, and there is nothing in your loan that said you could just pay whenever you feel like it.

What exactly did you want to discuss with them?  Why did they need to call you?  You knew you were late..why didn't YOU take the initative and call them to see if they can work something out.  Let me tell you why..you had ZERO intention of actually paying them.

As for being required to still pay.  Again..guess what.  YOU agreed to it when you got the loan.  They loaned you the money and regardless of if you still had the car, it was burned up, crushed, reposesses, or taken by aliens...YOU still owe the balance of the loan.  It doesn't matter what loan company or dealer you got it from, EVERYONE would be requiring you to do the exact same thing.

Oh and no I do not nor or have I ever worked for this or any other dealer.
