Dunkin Donuts bad service at every dunkin donuts almost, rude idiots, make you wait 20 mins in line, inconsiderate, arrogant jerks Orlando Florida

baskin robbins stores are starting to employ the dumbest most incompetent jerks or idiots that are consistently rude, mean, or can't get your simple orders right. I went to the Dunkin donuts on e colonial drive many times...the guy at the window can't not call me 'sweetheart' 11 times in a sentence, not that that's bad but it's still kind of disrespectful and once I took back some stale bagels my friend got earlier...they were two bagels...the guy at the window claimed that they were a 'restaurant' and don't take food back...excuse me? and he wasn't nice about it despite the fact the bagels were in my hand...and acted like I didn't have the two bucks for bagels and was trying to get free food... I went recently and the line had two cars in it. It took them 10 mins for one car and another 15 mins for the next...how can a single order take 15 mins and the person wasn't rushing or doing his job, he was very slow, taking his time, and didn't care that people were trapped in that line and could not leave and had to stay and waste all their time in line.

I called the person to tell them...that I had to leave and had an emergency and to tell the car ahead of me to pull up so I could get out of line...he didn't care and said that I was holding him up, and was really rude about it...I find that so stupid that you can be stuck in a drive thru line like that...when they are taking 30 mins on orders, which is unfair and ridiculous for anyone to have to wait through that with no option to leave...why are they taking so long anyway.

Another DD nearby...there is a very rude mean crazy obnoxious woman who works there...who made fun of me several times there while I went through the drive thru for 'wearing sunglasses' and she is very mean about it...I complained to baskin robbins and instead of firing her, she now works the night shift 'alone' so there is no other option except to deal with her, and they got rid of all the nice or decent people working there.

It seems like they reward bad behavior and bad employees....other DD's are the same-- idiots working there, bad attitudes, or just really stupid people...and can't get your order right....whatever happened to this place, and why are the slimeballs working there allowed to be so rude to customers or to anyone and are such incompetent idiots...
