DVDdonkey Billed credit card, no product sent-nobody answers the phone, no response to e-mails Internet
Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Ordered the Wonder years DVD. My credit card was charged no product was recieved. Nobody picks up the phone, always go into voice mail. Nobody returns calls. No response from e-mails. The tracking number that was given does not work. The product was ordered on 12/13/07. Received email that the product was shipped on 1/8/08. the tracking number given with e-mail did not work. The Canadan post office say the number was invalid.
