Dvddonkey This company charged my bank card and has not sent any merchandise Internet

On December 13, 2007 I ordered a dvd series from DVDDONKEY for $106.72 including shipping. My bank card was charged on December 14. I have recieved nothing. They finally sent me an E-Mail saying my merchandise is on back order. It is now the end of January, 2008 and nothing yet. The E-Mail they sent has a link to cancel your order and get a refund. I tried it but the link goes nowhere. I have tried calling them and e-mailling them demanding a refund and I get no reply.
