My wife ordered a DVD set for me for Christmas from www.DVDDONKEY.com. She ordered over 3 weeks before holiday. Credit card was charged. She never received an order number. She sent them emails and tried to contact them, no response. After Christmas she informed me of the news and I tried to contact them. No response. I called the credit card company to start the dispute process.
