dvdplanet.ORG has their site somewhat mimick dvdplanet.COM which can confuse the consumer and 'trick' them into thinking they are on dvdplanet.COM.

Probably my fault for not noticing the difference right away. I actually went to the BBB to see if the dvdplanet.COM was a good company before placing an order. They are!
The BBB says:

Somehow, I ended at dvdplanet.ORG!!! I placed an order and the only reason why I thought something was wrong was because I wanted to cancel one of my items. For the first time, I actually was able to see two different '800' numbers.

I called both numbers and after they said they had no such order numbers from me, etc. we discussed that I'd called dvdplanet.COM (the BBB member). So, dvdplanet.ORG only displays numbers for dvdplanet.COM. The woman at dvdplanet.COM said she had heard within the last month that a few other consumers got their (.COM) numbers from dvdplanet.ORG, as I had.

I will report them to the better business bureau! Also, I cancelled my credit cards and as soon as the money is taken out to their account, I will file a report against them and VISA says they will investigate.

Sorry this is sooo long. However, I hope consumers will be very CAREFUL not to end up at the wrong site! As you can see, it gets confusing.
