Dynowatt Rate inceases due to fuel charges... Bait and Switch? Southlake NOTE MISUSE OF ZIP CODE Texas

Letter sent to them and PUC:
I signed up to have you provide electricity based on your posting on Power to Choose where you claimed you could provide power at a better rate than the Rate to Beat posted by Reliant Energy.

Your rate for the first few months was a penny or two below Reliant. Recently your rate has varied from $0.1200 to $0.25123. You sent out a notice in the last bill claiming this was increases in fuel prices. During the same period, in a house I own two blocks away, Reliant has increased their rate, based on fuel increases from $0.129 $0.1610. The monthly differences on your bill, using Reliant charges are:

It is not reasonable that you charge so much more for the same product! There is no justification for me to pay a three hundred dollar premium for your service
I do not believe you can justify your increase based on fuel costs! At the same time your website advertises a rate of $0.132. Your claim that other suppliers are having similar increased is not true as shown above.

I believe this represents consumer fraud, fraudulent advertising and unjustified price increases that look close to bait and switch.

I am filing a complaint with both the PUC and the Consumer Fraud Bureaus. I have transferred my account to another vendor.
