The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission has had multiple indictments of their executives. Here is one more scam they impose on the public. The signs for non- E-Z Pass users are difficult to find - they give no directions and it is very easy to mistakenly enter without an E-Z pass. I got a bill for $58 after the toll taker told me he was giving me a one time exemption for $2.00. Then it happened again at another entrance - there was no directions to go to the non-Ez-pass entrance. I believe they are doing this intentionally to create fines from unintended violations. Another scam by the Turnpike Commission.
