eagle carports installed carport middle of nov. its poorly installed screws are loose moves alot whenever the wind blows , Internet

bought carport from eagle carports was installed mid november. several times after that i called local dealer to complain about how unsturdy it was. any time the wind blows it moves in all directions.

 he said he would turn it in and have them contact me. they never did. i called headquarter myself spoke to Jerald he said he would check into it and get back with me. he didnt. i kept calling and would be placed on hold 15-20 min at a time then told he wasnt available to leave my name and number .

 i've called again to be placed on hold and leave my name and number.ne return call again. i paid over 800. for this and it it very poor quality.
