Eagle Carports Beware doing business with Eagle Carports Cana, Virginia

It all started when I purchased a eagle carport from Timberlake RV center inc. They are the dealership that sales Eagle Carports for this area. I asked them to tell Eagle Carport to deliver the carport on 11-19-12 but it finally delivered 12-7-12. I asked for Black over white roof and they delivered white on white. A few days later they showed up after dark while it was pouring rain to install the carport.

We told them to come back the next morning which they did and installed the carport with a black roof and white underneath trim but they did not bring a black ridge cap for the black roof and wanted to install a white ridge cap but we told them no we wanted black. They took the white ridge cap and said they would be back later to install a black one. Still have not seem them and I have no ridge cap and a gap 1 inch wide across the top.

I had numerous issue's with Nicole of Eagle Carports and the others that work their. They are very rude and put you on hold forever and may come back to the phone but most of the time they leave you on hold. They are very unprofessional and hard to deal with. I know Eagle carports will say it is their installers but I have a copy of a fax that Nicole sent telling the installer to bring vertical black panels only. The installer pointed that out to me they brought what they were told. The anchors that hold the carport down are sticking up about 4 inches above ground.

The installers tore my yard all to pieces turning their trailer around in my yard. Needless to say the installers would not leave until I paid them and signed their paper. I put on the paper installer to return to put black ridge cap on roof. My stupidity I know. Still trying to get Nicole to send crew back to install black ridge cap. My advice stay away from Eagle carports and have no dealings with them. Learn from my dealings with them and the others that have filed reports.
