We've had problems with Eagle pool and spa almost from the time the pool was completed 2 years ago. The depth wasn't probably dug out, no liner lock was installed... so when the liner started to slide into the pool and gallons apon gallons of water drained into our yard threatening collapse of the pool... after multiple calls.. I finally got someone out after threatening to get an attorney. This winter... after they Closed down our pool.. we've lost alomst the entire 10,000 gallons
of water. Only 2 feet remain (it's a 5 foot pool). We've made 2 calls thus far.. we were forwarded to Don's answering machine.. no response.. When the pool does collapse into our back neighbors yard... I guess we'll all be looking for an attorney..

1/12/2007 about 2 weeks ago, John Cliba (spelling?) Owner of Eagle Pool and Spa called us at home and spoke to us about our problems with the pool. He said that it would be taken care of and asked me to retract my report from this site. Today someone came out and replaced the pool cover (the other problem with the water loss was due to the fact that there were several holes in the cover and we had used a water drainer to drain the water off the cover...so we were, in essence, draining the pool
ourselves). Everything has been handled to our satisfaction
