Eagle Pool And Spa above ground disaster. Poor installation. Collapsed pool! No return calls. ripoff Eagleville Pennsylvania

We bought our Esther Williams above ground Millenium pool with deck from Eagle Pool and Spa in 2000 and paid over $15,000. Every year the lining would slip lower and lower on the pool. This year we we opened the pool imagine our shock to find the pool had practically no water in it (except for the hopper) and the pool had collapsed! There was never a liner lock installed, so when the liner started to slide into the pool, gallons of water drained into our yard and into our neighbors' yard. The lining of the pool in in not attached to the pool and we cannot use it.

When we discovered it, we (1) called Eagle Pool - no return call (2) faxed Mr. John Kleba on June 3, 2007, and (3) emailed Eagle Pool with the problem.
Obviously this pool was not installed properly, and we have a huge graduation party planned, and no one cares to resolve this problem. The pool had a 50 year warranty, the lining 20 years, but Eagle Pool and Spa installed it, and did a poor job, or we would not have lining floating in the pool in two ends with thousands of gallons of lost water. Eagle Pool needs to make this situation right.

This is so sad that they are unwilling to return phone calls and deal with long term customers.
