Easterns Automotive Group DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Temple Hills, Maryland

I purchased a car from Easterns in February 2011.  Before I signed the contract, the finance manager was telling me some of the benefits of buying from Easterns.  One was the my oil changes would be covered for the first year.  Well, I came back in for my first oil change a few months later and everyone acted like they had no idea what I was talking about, even the VERY MAN that looked me in my eye and told me that lie AND the salesperson who sat at the same table when it was told to me! 

Instead of directing me to a manager to get to the bottom of this issue, they just had me sitting in the showroom for about 25 minutes! No one even came to say "Someone will be with you shortly to discuss the matter."  They just let me sit there until I got tired of being ignored.  Finally, my salesperson just rubbed his head and said "I don't know nothing about that." 

To this day I am still so enraged that no one even took the time to address the issue.  They were more satisfied with the fact that they made a sale and really didn't have anything else to with me rather than address the issue and create a repeat customer! They will lie and tell you anything to sell you a car!  Do Not, I repeat, Do Not buy from this dealership!
