EASTMAN KODAK ESP-5 ALL-IN-ONE PRINTER MEMPHIS Tennessee

I purchased this ESP-5 All-in-one printer to save money on ink. I received the printer, hooked it up, and found that the print quality was okay, but the colors are faded and washed out. The colors are also not true to the original. The printer is VERY slow and VERY noisy as well. I used the printer for several months, then became irritated at the poor quality. I contacted the customer support line and they sent me 3 new print heads, 2 new printers, and 2 new ink cartridges. All were sent at no charge to me, however, nothing has solved the poor quality and noisy printing. DO NOT BELIEVE the part about using less ink. The ink cartridges empty faster than HP. I called Kodak again and told them the problem was not solved, and requested my money back for a defective product. They said they could not do that. The best suggestion is NOT TO BUY ANY PRINTERS FROM KODAK!
