Professional Quality Teeth Whitening System...Wonderful ad on the internet...purchase a "trial" offer of both products, only pay shipping and was warned to follow the cancellation time periods closely.
They get your credit card numbers for the shipping costs, send you the product, which includes 2 tubes of whitening solution and the trouble begins.
I tried to cancel over the internet, website was down. Tried to call to cancel and only received voice mail, how convenient for them. It all happens very fast!
Finally received a phone call and an e-mail confirming my cancellation.
April 29, 2009 cancelled the order. May 2, 2009 received a confirmation of cancellation. May 4, 2009 was charged $80.50. Had to return the unused product at my expense by May 17, 2009. Sent back the tubes of whitening product with a letter asking for a full refund, on May 22, 2009. I was previously told I was too late and I have "no way of getting" my money back!
I used the product on my husband's teeth...they were clean...but after 7 days over an hour each night...nothing changed with the color. Their claim is "5 Shades Whiter in 5 Days!"
I live in Colorado, this is a huge shame to have a company in Boulder represent this way.
