Econo Lodge ripoff, Nasty Eggs On Window, Bathroom Floor Sticky, Hot tub discusting!!!!!! Durango Colorado

My family and I went to Durango Colorado on Wensday August the 4th and stayed at the Econo Lodge. According to their advertisement online they have all these things;
"Free continental breakfast included with rate. Hi-speed Internet (wireless) access available in all rooms and in public area of the hotel. Located in the center of town. A Durango favorite with excellent rooms at low prices. Next to nightlife, shopping, restaurants, Trimble Hotel Springs. 60 channel cable TV and hot tub available. All rooms have mountain views."

As far as their excellant rooms go, sure they are nice if you can get past the discust! There were 2 rotten cooked on eggs on the window with the "Mountian View" yes the view of the mountian was there but who wants to look through those gross eggs?

I went to the office and informed the man behind the counter of the eggs and he said," I will be up there in a few minutes to clean it." But he never showed and never cleaned it. We drove from Enid, Oklahoma to stay there and had planned on a relaxing soak in their Hot Tub which by their ad was available, however not only was it not available there were sticks and all kinds of nasty things in it,plus they only had it about 1/4 of the way full of water. Some stay ! Then to top it all off after reporting the eggs, and after seeing the Hot Tub was not able to use, I go to take a shower and my feet stick to the floor in the bathroom ! Discust!

We did not stay there the next night we were in Durango and would never stay there again. I feel after paying $98.00 for a room that was supposed to be clean at the very least was rediculas ! I would like a partial refund at the very least, I have tried to contact them through the website under"Contact Us", but the advertisement department says they arent the hotel and I should complain to the Motel directly.

I have already done that with no results, not only no results, but he even lied to me and said he would clean it and didnt.
