I was contacted by Mr Chris Hays. He informed me that I could get a refund on product purchased at any time. I wished for a refund when product broke. Even though it was repaired once. The product broke again this time almost causing a fire. Now they have sent my overprized payment for this product, it is not worth the 296.00 they wanted for it. They are constantly hurting my credit by reporting this to a credit reporting agency.
