Ecoquest International ripoff, filter never performed as claimed, refused to refund money Greenville Tennessee

I purchased a Springhouse water filter from Ecoquest after their representative faxed my water report to their home office. They said that their water filter would be good for the whole house and would solve all of my water problems.

I have had several water tests done after the installation and the filter has never performed as they said it would. I worked with these people untill they stopped trying to solve the problem. I then asked for my money back ($3,500.00) and for them to remove the filter from my house. They went and hid in a hole.

Anyone considering one of these should be carefull. Do not pay these people untill the filter is installed and you have then had the water tested. If they will not do business this way then don't walk, run away.
