EcoQuest International, Best Finance And Investment Recovery Services A two year scam that is not over yet Ripoff Greenville Tennessee

I purchased a Air clip 3 shortly after purchasing a unit for myself, about a month and a half apart. Shortly after that I realized the unit was not doing what it was suppose to. I sold 1 unit and returned the other 2. They kept sending them back to me even the second time having RMA numbers on the boxes. Then I started recieving letters from Investment recovery services demanding payment in full $1543.52 plus $463.05 collection fee a total of $2007.58. The original amount financed was $1321.50. I contact EcoQuest again this is about a year later trying to get credit and close this out and I finally get new RMA numbers and they finally accept them. Investment Recovery take it off my credit report after I turn in a Report to the Better Business Bureau, so the Bureau closes the case and Investment Recovery who works for Best Finance who works for EcoQuest tells me via phone everything is taken care of. Then in April of this year I get a letter from Investment Recovery services stating I owe them $1907.64. $463.05 Recovery fee and the rest to Best Finance stating I was credited $661.18 for the units I returned in which EcoQuest sold to some other sucker for what I am suppose to pay them for and the rest for finance charges that have accrued in the last 2 years of dealing with these 3 companies to get this straightened out and taken back off my credit report. I have all the supporting documentation and even have faxed it to them to my dismay it goes on 2 years later. It is a overpriced substandard product sold by a company that truly does not back their product that is why I sent them back several times to get the credit, I didn't want their high priced purifier that didn't work more than 2 months. I paid postage every time to ship these units back as well. Stay clear of this business, as far as I am concerned, it si definately a rip off, 3 companies working together.
