My sister had sent them her Samsung phone, for which they had promised to pay her $180. Not sure what happened, but they paid only $120. She called Ecyclebest customer support number and had to wait for around 10 minutes. Customer service representative told her that her device was not in a working condition at the time of inspection. When we sent the phone, it was working perfectly fine. Only the power button had some minor issues. They gave 10 other reasons on why they reduced the price.

We felt cheated at this point and accepted their low offer. I would suggest trying to sell on Ebay rather than sending them any electronics.
