On 04-28-2015 I mailed my IPhone to easycyclebest expecting a check back for $93.00. After not receiving a check I called today, only to speak to a female talking head. (Probably paid less than minimum wage and an illegal.) The talking head girl told me they had unsucessfully tried to email me. That my phone was disposed of because I never emailed them back and I would not be receiving anything from them. Well I never received their emails and if they really wanted to contact me why didn't they call me. They did have my number! The girl refuse to let me speak to her supervisor, or that persons supervisor, or anyone other than her. GREAT customer service!!! DO NOT use this company -- they are CROOKS and LIAS!!!
