Do not be fooled by ecyclebest's deception. It's a total scam. Bait and switch
They sent me $9 after quoting me something much higher for my iPhone - which is in excellent condition
Customer services takes forever to reach anyone. And when you do, they are argumentative
I was on hold for 20 minutes to reach the first person - who then put me on hold for another 15 minutes only to be disconnected.
I have sent three messages via their customer support email / portal and have not recieved any communications.
As I type this, I"ve been on hold for 15 minutes and the call was just dropped.
Time to call the BBB

First off:
Customer service is horrible.
They will NOT help at all no matter what you say or request
I was put on hold again - only to find out if your hold time is over 10 minutes they automatically hang up on you.
I called the Better Business Bureau and they are well aware of this company:
1490 Complains in 3 years!
