ecyclebest Ecyclebest: They low ball the offer Nationwide

I had sent my Samsung phone to Ecyclebest because they had offered me a very good amount of $120 for my device for its fantastic condition even after being used for 6 months. So I found their offer lucrative.  Moreover, it was without any scratches. But after some days, I received a check for only $75 and an email stating that the phone was badly scratched and had a cheap battery! That was totally unacceptable; the phone was in perfect condition. Furthermore, its battery was in a good condition too. Their terms and conditions state that customers have only 5 days to contact the purchasing department. I phoned them within the stipulated time in their terms and conditions.

They told me that my phone has been recycled and they offered me only $10 more. I had no choice but to accept their offer. That was annoying, I will never deal with them in future.
