eDreams I booked a flight from Moscow to Barcelona on the 19/12/12 with flight reference number 29V4U2 and the flight was cancelled the same day.No ticket confirmation was sent to my email.My money,350 Euros, Internet

I booked an airline ticket from eDreams on the 19/12/12 from Moscow to Barcelona with booking reference number 29V4U2.The ticket was not confirmed.I received an email massage that payment is pending.I checked and saw that 350 Euros has been deducted from my credit card I used for the booking.I called their Agent in Barcelona on this mobile number +34934920533 and inform them if the confirmation will delay,they should cancel the flight for me.They cancelled the flight and told me my money will be refunded after three working days.Is more than a month now,I have not received my money yet.I have being calling both their agents in USA on this mobile number +16463284545 and Barcelona and everyday they tell me the same story "Your money has been refunded so wait it will reflect after three working days".
Now I don't know if eDreams is defrauding company or is a real agent.
Please help me retrieve my money from them.
