Educational Funding Company breaching contract, bank withdrawals, fraud Chevy Chase Maryland

My son has been attending a martial arts school for almost a year. The contract I signed for the classes indicated money would be taken out of my bank account on a particular date. Educational Funding Company took it upon themselves to start withdrawing money on the wrong dates, and continuing to run it through, causing us a lot of "late fees" as they call them.

I called my bank and they verified this company had not even tried to take the money out on the correct date, and they had waited until the beginning of the next month. We kept the money in the bank at the correct time, but due to our paychecks being deposited on a particular date, the money was only there at the end of the month.

When I called E.F.C. to ask what the problem was, when there was $500 in the bank when it was supposed to be, These grown men acted like little children and mocked me saying "oh, we know you are rich, just brag about it.." When i asked to speak to a manager, I got the same immature comments.

Finally at my wits end, I emailed the martial arts instructor asking him to look at the bank statements I had from the bank PROVING their mistakes, he blew me off too, and refused to even look at my side of the story. Now, we are a little behind due to the fact that we have had to pay all these "late fees" and they are claiming we are 3 months behind payment, when we just sent a money order for December.

Yes, we are now a little behind thanks to them screwing up everything, but not that far behind. I just want everyone to be aware of this company and PLEASE if you are signing up for any martial arts company, please make sure they do not use Educational Funding Company..They are the most immature, unprofessional "people" I hope you never deal with.
