Educational Funding Company the worst customer service i have ever come in contact with. Chevy Chase Maryland

This company is the rudest company i have ever had to deal with.First they dont ask for u to hold they just transfer you to another person.The 2nd perosn is ruder then the 1st person.They try to get you with the "fine print". Even when u provide them with all the info that they have asked for they still wont release you. I signed up for 1 year.Once my year was almost up i called to double check to make sure of the date they adved that i signed up for 2 years.I advised that is not true they then said that on your contract there is a automatic renewal.
I adved i didnt sign up for that.That wasnt even a choice when i signed my son up for karate at taylor hayden wado karate in goodlettsville,tn.I signed him up for 1 year and 1 year only becasue we didnt know if he would like it or not.I am very concerned now after reading these bad reviews and reports on this educational funding company.Only time will tell if this story has a happy ending.
