I wanted a tax ID number so my husband and I could start a business. I am 68 years old and he is disabeled. I thought I had to pay for this service because this business popps up before the actual FREE IRS site. I asked 3 times on line for them to cancel the order. They refused and would not communicate with me.

If this is really a ligit business why won't they kindly refund the money? They are all about "You didn't read" this and that, but that just serves to COVER THEIR a*s and not give the money back that I can't afford to loose. $197.00 lost. File with the BBB if they get you too.

still no Tax number

As of today, I still don't have a tax number which EIN filing service promised within days. All I've gotten was an e-mail dated Feb 6th, promising the number in 1 to 2 business days. I did file a complaint with the BBB in Tyler Texas.
